She has worked successfully with executives, business owners and individuals from a variety of disciplines including technology, healthcare, the public sector, financial services, marketing and sales.

Loretta has taught Career Management, Organizational Leadership and Change Management, Systems Thinking, Organizational Behavior and Conflict Management for the graduate divisions of the University of Phoenix and Ottawa University. She is also an adjunct faculty member teaching entrepreneurial courses at South Mountain Community College.
