Kate Larsen, a Master Certified Coach, is an executive coach and seasoned facilitator and speaker with over 24 years of experience. Kate partners with professionals and executives to best combine their business acumen, with common sense and street sense to be more effective in achieving results and more engaging to work with and for. Known for her direct, focused, yet gentle approach, Kate provides companies with fast, bottom-line results. Kate specializes in executive development, team leadership, interpersonal skills, engagement, and work and life balance. Kate has worked with executives and teams in a variety of businesses and industries, including financial services, legal, health and wellness, sales, and health care. Kate offers her clients the latest assessments, techniques, and strategies. She is certified to administer and interpret the Lominger Voices 360 and Booth 360 assessment tools, and the DISC profile. She is also certified in the most reliable, validated EQ assessment on the market; the BarOn EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-I 360. Kate earned a Post Graduate Certificate in The Neuroscience of Leadership studying and researching brain insights relative to Problem Solving, Collaboration, Managing Change and Decision Making. She shares her experiences and insights with clients to better drive learning and behavior change.

Kate is a creative and engaging facilitator and speaker with considerable experience. She has developed, designed, and produced keynotes and customized training programs for organizations from one-hour programs to full-day events. She has designed and delivered such training programs as leadership and coaching skills, setting boundaries, communication skills, and managing change. 

Kate has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Loyola University. Kate has earned the Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation from the International Coach Federation. Kate is a Board Certified with The Centers for Education and Credentialing. She has also completed training with The Coaches Training Institute, Coach U, and Corporate Coach U. She is an active member of the International Coach Federation and the National Speakers Association. Kate serves as an advisor, faculty, and mentor coach for Wellcoaches, an organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals around the world. She also consults, speaks and works with her own private practice clients. She is also a cancer survivor and 28-year fitness instructor and personal trainer. She puts all of her experience together in a unique way to coach her clients.
