Heidi Adick is a full-time Consultant and Director with Dew-Point International Ltd. Her consulting assignments and considerable experience in business development and communications have helped to establish her as a leader and an effective speaker through her work, education and interests. Throughout her career, her colleagues and peers have come to rely on Heidi's communication skills and her attention to details, as well as her ability to facilitate the learning process through her astute observations and positive approach to helping others. Her strong communication skills and extensive business experience make her a model example for students to learn from.
Heidi has provided training and coaching as a facilitator and co-facilitator for several in-house and public programmes. Reviews of her programmes consistently rank her as a "good" to "excellent" facilitator. She also frequently supports candidate testing and profiling for clients and other consultation, and frequently works alongside Certified Speaking Professional Frank J. Adick. In addition to her consulting and training expertise, Heidi has overseen marketing, promotions and partner networks, supervised the launch of the new website (including generating new content for the site), contributed in key account sales, service and management, and edited and proof-read all materials used for consulting and training projects since joining Dew-Point in 2000.
Heidi's understanding of various cultures from around the world highlights her ability to adapt to different cultures and environments. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Heidi's first language is English, and she is also fluent in German and a student of Cantonese and Mandarin.
