Gregg Fraley
Gregg Fraley is an innovation consultant, author, and entrepreneur who does keynote speeches and workshops on innovation, creative thinking, problem solving, and new-product development. He designs and implements innovation programs, and is widely known as an idea generation expert. He facilitates on-site and virtual brainstorming sessions for Fortune 5000 clients. He's the author of the well-reviewed business novel, Jack's Notebook, which teaches structured creative problem solving in the context of a thriller type story. Jack's Notebook is used by many business schools, including Berkeley, St. John's, Univ. of Southern Florida, and Cambridge (UK).
Gregg has credentials as a classic artistic "creative" - he does illustration and improvisational comedy -- and as a seriously creative entrepreneurial business professional. Fraley worked with Warner Cable's QUBE interactive television project in the early 80s, leading production teams that won Emmys and cable's ACE award for innovation. His entrepreneurial career includes senior management and/or ownership positions in several software companies and a qualitative research firm. He was a founder of Med-E-Systems, a software firm that developed the first wireless prescription system for physicians, "Smart Scripts." That company went public in the late 90's.
Currently he's CEO of Gregg Fraley Innovation. GFi provides training, facilitation, and innovation project management services, including the ground breaking Innovation MoshPit. GFi is building on the pioneering work developed by KILN Ideas, Ltd, where he was a founding partner.
A former stand-up comic, Gregg has done Improv training at Player's Workshop of Second City and Improv Olympics, both in Chicago. Fraley is a former board member of the Creative Education Foundation (CEF). He teaches innovation at CEF's annual Creative Problem Solving Institute (CPSI). He is a professional member of the National Speakers Association (USA).
Gregg has spoken at ESOMAR, MRS, the FUSE conference, TEDxNASA, TEDxStormont, and many other events.
