Gloria has over 25 years of experience in the counseling field and in higher education as a psychology instructor and college administrator. She is a recipient of the Most Inspiring Faculty Award from Old Dominion University, a 2nd place winner of the 2010 Virginia Community College System Excellence in Education Award, and an avid hiker and race participant.

She earned her M.S.Ed. from Old Dominion University in 1982 and has since devoted her career in multiple ways to helping people build better relationships to get what they want. In both the private and public sector, Gloria worked as a family therapist, while establishing her career in higher education, teaching at a community college, a state university, and a private Catholic university where she served as a college administrator for several years.

As teacher, trainer, coach, Gloria now devotes the majority of her time traveling throughout the country conducting Teachers Who Inspire seminars and training sessions for collegiate instructors. She serves on the Saint Leo University senate and continues to teach online and in the classroom in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia where she now resides with her husband and 2 cats. Their 7 acres and panoramic view of the horse farm and the Blue Ridge Mountains provides her with the inspiration to continue to help people build better relationships to get what they want.
