I was born and raised in Australia, and I have lived in the Netherlands, Singapore, USA, St. Thomas, USVI and St. Barthelemy, FWI. For 4 decades, I have been speaking and leading seminars. My first book was published in 1976, and 6 more followed, with many translations. Trained originally as a physical therapist, I founded and was the first president of, the Section on Women's Health for the American Physical Therapy Association in 1977.
Communication skills, health, travel are some of my passions. My latest project, "Winners Speak Globish" will soon be an eBook. My goal is to help speakers be better understood worldwide, especially native English speakers! I am in the process of forming a Professional Speakers Association of Panama, where I immigrated this year.
