A sought-after consultant in organizational dynamics, over the years McPhee has worked with a vast array of organizations, business, schools, and governmental agencies, to create more productive, high performance environments. In addition to serving as an administrator, educator, and instructor at institutions ranging from major universities to school districts and elementary schools and international learning programs, McPhee also is considered a leading expert in the fields of training and development.  Additionally, he has served as a corporate trainer, group facilitator, and keynote speaker for conferences, conventions, and meetings, ranging from small gatherings to large-scale sessions.  He has a successful career as a Senior Global Account Manager for a Global Events Company

 

Past president of the International Alliance for Learning, McPhee has served in a leadership capacity for a wide range of educational and training/development organizations over the years.  He has been a member of the board of directors for the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD) and the California Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (CASCD). He was a facilitator for the Accelerated Learning and Teaching Network (AL&T) and former executive secretary for California ASCD. He is a member of the National Speakers Association, Meeting Professionals International, and Professional Convention Management Association. He has served in multiple positions of leadership in support of his association memberships.
