David Ashcraft is a partner with Advantage Learning Systems, a private organizational consulting and training organization based in Seattle, Washington. Ashcraft specializes in delivering custom sales and credit training programs for financial institutions, businesses, and associations.He has taught and been a highly rated faculty member at the Graduate School of Banking Colorado and Southwestern Graduate School of Banking. While at BECU he created the Stock and Roll Game, Savertooth's Amazing Saving Adventure, Better Budgeting, and other highly interactive and engaging financial educational programs. Ashcraft specializes in the training areas of leadership, sales and sales management, professional presentations, financial management and customer service. His expertise is taking normally torturous subject matter and converting the content to be educational, engaging and entertaining. David received his BA from Washington State University and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School where he later served as an Associate Director.
