Dan Knight served over 20 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. He excelled in more than a dozen different leadership and staff officer positions in peace and war.
Throughout his career Dan improved morale, boosted performance, and increased force readiness. In a lifetime filled with highlights, Dan was especially honored when, as the senior U.S.A. official in Northern Turkey, he was asked by the Governor, Sinop Province to turn the lights on at the mountain village of Los Coy - the last village to receive electric power under a modernization program.
Dan is a Past President of the National Speakers Association-DC and a former Dean of its Speakers Academy. He was also the Vice Chair and Tustee for the Creative Education Foundation - where brainstorming began.
He formerly served on the Board of Directors of the International Strategic Leadership Forum, Chicago, IL-the leading professional business strategy organization.
He is a Contributing Editor of Strategy & Leadership Magazine-a leading business strategy journal, and he is an award winning writer.
