Carole has worked successfully with audiences and groups of all types  on such topics as results focused leadership, positive strategies for organizational politics, change management and emotional intelligence.  She helps leaders and their teams explore the strategic and operational dilemmas that they are grappling with in today's complex organizations.

As a facilitator and speaker, Carole receives consistently high evaluations on her ability to engage individuals and groups in difficult conversations that result in deepened relationships and commitment to action.   Participants in her sessions state that Carole provides deep challenge while providing the type of psychological safety that is so necessary for learning and growth.

Since 1989, Carole has consulted on change management, managing performance, organizational development, leadership development and executive coaching, executive team development, and large group retreat planning and facilitation.  She has successfully managed numerous projects that required engaging, integrating and managing teams of consultants from multiple firms.    Her clients include the World Bank, Goddard Space Flight Center, Pearson plc, Luminex, Hospital for Sick Children, Social Security Administration and the U.S. Department of Commerce.  

Prior to launching her consulting firm, Carole served as an HR executive for Citicorp and other private sector firms.  Carole holds an MBA from Columbia University and has served on the faculty of Loyola University Maryland  Sellinger School of Business.  She also served as Director for graduate programs in Leadership and Organizational Development for Johns Hopkins University School of Business.   She is a Member of the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science. 

In addition to her work as an organizational consultant and speaker, Carole is also a professional studio artist.  She exhibits her artwork in the U.S. and internationally, and her work has been featured in several anthologies on contemporary art.
