She is a dynamic speaker dedicated to sharing over 30 years of her expertise to help professionals improve their job performance and achieve their personal goals. Candy is most known for her TANGO with the 4 different personalities and 4 different generations, whether the request is team building, connection or leadership skills, her clients know the audiences will be interactive, energized and entertained!
Candy brings a wealth of experience from many industries including: training, retail, customer service (certified by International Customer Service Association - ICSA), restaurant, entertainment, management, youth ministry and business owner for 21 years. She graduated Cum Laude from Missouri Western State University with a B.S. Degree in Speech Communications, and Human Relations Emphasis, and has earned her Masters in Management at the University of Phoenix. Candy never stops learning she has earned her Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation and is now a certified yoga teacher.
You may recognize Candy, she is a former Kansas City Chiefs Chiefette, and has performed at halftime twice as an alumni cheerleader!
