For two years in a row, we invited Anton Gunn to be our keynote speaker at our Annual Clinical Network Retreat. He is a phenomenal speaker who truly understands the challenges and opportunities we face in the new healthcare landscape. As we were planning our Professional Development Day 2017, we at the Project Management Institute, Midlands Chapter were looking for a closing Keynote speaker that would bring a crowd to life after a marathon 8 hour training day. From the very beginning, Anton was curious about ARELLO as an entire organization and what would make the biggest impact for this audience. During planning, he continuously asked about the mission of the meeting, the message we wanted him to convey, and the demographics and behaviors of the group in order to really tailor his speech and truly connect with his audience.
