Debra holds a B.S. in Business Education and several professional instructional design certificates. She is also certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), DISC, and Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode instruments. Debra is a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and serves on the NNJ-ASTD Board of Directors as President-Elect. She is also a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
