As a former Barnard College admissions officer and high school guidance counselor, Bari Norman, Ph.D. has worked on both sides of the college admissions desk. As an educational consultant, she is uniquely qualified to advise students and their families through the college application process.

Dr. Norman writes the “Ask the College Advisor” column for the Miami Herald, and has been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, New York Daily News, Washington Post, and other outlets. She also lectures about college admission to audiences across the country.
