Keith is the author of Corner Office Rules and Good Is Not Enough, which was an Amazon  bestseller and nominated for the 2009 NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Literary Work, and Diversity is Not Enough, which was also nominated for an NAACP Image Award in 2022.


He was named one of the top 100 African American executives by both Black Enterprise and Savoy Magazine, and 2010 Executive of the Year by the Executive 50 Organization.
