Rich has been where many of us have been – fighting the battle of the bulge.  But even worse, as a result of being obese, he was riddled with health problems from being a borderline diabetic to having high cholesterol, sleep apnea and suffered a poor quality of life and low level of energy.  Rich set out to win his battle of the bulge through Small Simple Changes – and lost over 75 pounds and over a foot of fat off his body.

Rich is now driven to accomplish a new goal and mission in life: instruct and lead as many people as he can down the path of successful weight loss to renewed health, energy and vitality.

In an effort to motivate others who are interested in improving their health and their quality of life, Rich is available to speak to your large or small group, business, church or community organization about achieving goals, including weight loss, weight management, diet, exercise and improving their quality of life and productivity. He has a passion to see others set free from the anchors holding them back to fulfill their God-given purpose.

Rich is a Competent Toastmaster and has held several positions with Toastmasters Chapters world-wide. He has addressed and inspired groups from as small as five to several thousand in size and has also taught courses at Park College in Washington, D.C. on organizational development and change as well as human resource development.

He holds a B.S in Sociology and Education from the University of the State of New York and a M.A. in Human Resources Development from Webster University.
