Tammy has been with The Heim Group for more than eighteen years.  She has served in a variety of roles during her tenure including spearheading the design of the highly successful workshop, "GenderSpeak". Tammy has delivered this program and many others in numerous organizations throughout the U.S. and around the world including McDonalds Corporation, Proctor & Gamble, G.E., BP, Sony Pictures Entertainment, T-Mobile, Novartis, ESPN, Google and Wells Fargo. Tammy has earned the title of Master Instructor and is responsible for the training and certification of all new "GenderSpeak" facilitators.   She spends most of her time delivering keynote speaches and executive sessions which are both humorous and content-rich. 

Tammy came to The Heim Group from a successful high level sales and marketing position with Xerox Corporation. In her capacity there she managed several of the largest national accounts including Children's Hospital and Texas Instruments.  She studied communication arts at Cedarville College in Ohio and holds a B.A.A.S. degree from Midwestern State University in Texas.  Tammy is married and has two teenage sons.  She enjoys cooking, athletics and working with adolescents in her community.
