A stutterer since the age of 9, Aaron uses humor and interaction to inform, entertain, and enlighten any audience. Never one to let barriers stop him from reaching his goals, Aaron has served as an INSPIRATION to others with challenges in their lives. Included in his workshops is PROVACK, his personalized 12 Step to Success program.
Aaron publishes a nationally distributed business magazine with his loving and supportive wife Lea and with a group of motivated youth trainees produced and hosted a radio talk show with an emphasis on business. He is the author of four publications including, "Jobseeker No More", "Seize the Opportunity", and "The Manual of Life". His business and marketing clients have included Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Sam's Club, Kaiser Permanente, UCD Medical Center, and The Shriners Hospital.
Aaron enjoys speaking to large and small audiences and has spoken for EDD, Chambers of Commerce, BIZTec, Tech Skills College, Center for Employment Training, Sacramento Municipal Utility District and more.
It is especially gratifying for Aaron to work with youth, ages 12 - 25 and teach the areas of life skills, career planning, relationships, team building, and more. His clients include school districts, youth centers, foster youth agencies, non-public schools, and community centers. The youth of Team Success, a non-profit started by the Boyce's, have spoken in Washington, DC, published a community magazine, hosted a radio talk show, engaged in theatrical presentations across the country, and spoken before thousands of middle and high school youth.
What is probably the most gratifying to Aaron is when someone comes to him and says that Aaron has INSPIRED them to succeed. "I can't believe that you do this", they say in amazement. "And you stutter - well if you can do this, surely I can do......!"
