John is a Master Certified Trainer in Crucial Conversations® Crucial Confrontations™ and Influencer®. John also facilitates Crucial Conversations labs, a unique structure for a management team to learn some crucial skills and apply them immediately to solve a current problem. John partnered with Bono and the Board of Directors of DATA, (the philanthropic organization founded to eradicate the root causes of African poverty). John helped design and facilitate their global strategic planning process and continues to provide coaching and management development for their rapidly growing organization.
Education
John holds his B.Sc. degree from Boston College and his M.S. degree from Syracuse University. His graduate work was funded through a grant of Syracuse University for his pioneering work in using education to reform inmates in the maximum-security prison environment.
