Alexander is an experienced intercultural and communication consultant, trainer and speaker working in a multi-national business setting. He has more than 28 years of experience with over 120 clients in 35 countries with more than 90 nationalities (including almost all European countries, USA, Africa, Asia and Middle East). He has been servicing clients that include COCA COLA, DANONE, BOSCH, P&G, CHANEL, VATTENFALL, ACCOR, EDF, MERCK SERONO, LEONI, WABCO, SIEMENS, PWC, SOCIETE GENERALE, NATIXIS, SODEXO, UNILEVER, PERNOD RICARD, VALEO, SAP and many others).

He visited, lived and worked in 63 countries. Alexander has deep experience in working with groups of senior leaders and using their issues, personalities and stories to create meaningful, appropriate and energetic courses that move, entertain and educate the participants in a way that accommodates their power, their competitive instincts and their scarcity of time. Today his work covers a number of training areas including - Global Business Skills, International Leadership and Communication, Powerful Presentation Skills, High Performing International Teams, Diversity Management, Unconscious biais (Taking better decisions), Creativity & Innovation, Conflict Management, and Intercultural trainings about Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, the US, CEE, China, India and other cultures. From 2002 to 2008, Alexander has held the position of Managing Director Europe & Middle East for BERLITZ CULTURAL CONSULTING. Before this, he was during 4 years Intercultural Consultant with JPB CONSULTING in Paris. In Germany, he worked during 4 years as customer manager for the DRESDNER BANK. An appointed expert of intercultural management, Alexander has devised and managed a large number of international consulting and training projects throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East for multinational companies. He worked in several M&A consulting projects on the "human side of integration". He has been invited to teach intercultural management at many universities in Europe (amongst them ENA, Polytechnique and ESSEC in France) and he frequently speaks as keynote speaker and consults with executives at international conferences. He also published hundreds of articles and interviews all over Europe.

Alexander is holder of the International Business Studies diploma awarded by the Dresde Higher College (the course included one year of diploma equivalence at the Graduate School of Management, ESC in Lille/France). He also has a degree in psychology and therapy (Diploma: Consultant in Psychology) and is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA) and a Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA). He has been certified to many intercultural training approaches like TMC, Cultural Detective, Geert Hofstede, Dynamic Facilitation and Wisdom Council.

He is also certified in several methods about Neuroscience and can link the newest research to leadership and diversity.

In 2020, he became a certified interactive online trainer.

He is co-author of the best-selling book "Deutsch-französische Geschäftsbeziehungen erfolgreich managen" (Gabler), where the two cultures Germany and France are deeply analyzed.

He is married to a French and after having lived 10 years in France, he is now living between Frankfurt / Germany and Paris / France. In addition to German, his mother tongue, Alexander is fluent in English and French and has some basic knowledge of the Spanish language.
