Are you tired and sick of being owned by your business? Is it time to take back control and become the owner again? If so you have come to the right place. Change need not be difficult. As a matter of fact, it can be relatively simple if you can find ways to make small shifts that will have big impact on your life. At Strategic Shifts we are dedicated to providing quality business and executive programs to business owners, executives, managers and high producing salespeople. The process inspires client to make strategic shifts in their thinking and actions. The purpose is to bring lasting and meaningful change to their business and personal lives.
The Director of Strategic Shifts is Steve Lover. Steve began in the training and coaching business when he served as a Trainer with New York Life Insurance Company, where he trained business building skills and techniques to agents and registered representatives. In his first year as a trainer he won the prestigious Developer of the Year award. Many of the programs he created are still be used around the country impacting thousands of financial service professionals.
Before getting involved in the Training and Coaching industry, Steve spent close to a decade as a Rabbi serving communities in America and abroad, both in educational and pastoral work. In those positions he learned a lot about listening to and understanding people. These skills have been a great asset in his present endeavors because he is able to help clients clarify their life and business “games” and help them understand in a simple and straight forward way what they must do to win.
An award-winning speaker, Steve is often asked to speak to groups on the topics of winning the game of business, marketing, management and leadership. If you get the opportunity to participate one of Steve's workshops you won't want to miss it.
Steve is heavily involved in his community as a board member of the local Rabbinical School and a local Synagogue, a past club president and area Governor of Toastmasters, and a volunteer at a local school. When not helping people win at the game of life he likes to spend time with his wife of 24 years and their six children.
