Equally recognized is her expertise in spirituality and chronic disease, and her special area of interest, sleep health. Her most popular work is the Sleep Well Tonight program, which has been delivered to thousands of people over the past ten years.
Chris has developed a unique educational curriculum, Spirituality in Chronic Disease Management, to increase the skills and confidence of health professionals to support the spiritual needs of their patients.
