As a national member of the National Speakers Association since 2004, he has presented Human Performance Improvement keynote addresses and training sessions to various public agencies and private companies across the United States.  His book, "The Tomorrow Tapestry:  Life Woven on the Fabric of Change" has been released nationally as an audio CD and DVD leadership training series for use at the Korum Group (Ford/Honda Service Companies)and the Association of Washington Businesses.
