Davender is the founder of The Startup Project, a consultancy and venture accelerator based in Montreal, Canada. He is a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at ESG UQAM - Université du Québec à Montreal School of Management Sciences and an invited speaker in entrepreneurship at various Canadian and European business schools. In 2013, Davender was named one of Canada's Top Ten Rock Star Mentors by Startup Canada and Futurpreneur Canada.
