Victor Gotti Cherry is a Serial Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, Community Organizer and Developer and with over 25 years experience in Violence Prevention, Gang Intervention, Conflict Resolutions and Life-skills building.

Victor was born and raised in the Village of Central Harlem Section of New York City.

Harlem is a Historic Community that is respected around the world for its talents in Fashion, Sports, Politics and Entertainment.


Victor was cursed but yet privilege to be surrounded with such culture and history of a thriving Community that Birth Harlemites such as Kareem Abdul Jabbar, Adam Clayton Powell, Sammy Davis Jr. Teddy Riley and Sean P. Diddy Combs.  The 1970’s, 1980’s, and 90’s were faced with the genocides of Heroine and the Cooked Crack-Cocaine Epidemic.


This epidemic disenfranchised communities by introducing the realization of poverty, drugs, violence and crime.

Victor’s journey has led him into being a pillar of positive transformations for his community and beyond.


At the age of 15 years old Victor was already leading marches while debating and delegating policies with city and state politicians.   


He immediately became a beacon of inspiration for his community. Victor is a recording artist, published author and poet. 


Victor is a Mental Health Advocate and International Inspirational Speaker, and Life Transformational Coach.   He is Brand Ambassador and Image Consultant for many corporations and organizations as mention he is the recipient of CBS News, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. “Fulfilling The Dream” Award which celebrates and honor his contributions in nonviolence and community development.


Victor is a proud active member of The Campaign for Black Male Achievements in which he takes pride in the transformation of mentoring high-risk and at-risk youth in poverty stricken communities.
