Joe Nichols, Jr.
As a business owner, entrepreneur, and civic leader Joe understands the importance for your organization to succeed in its purpose. Joe leads by example through his own life experiences and shows others how to have success and fulfill their dreams.
Joe's programs will show you:
- How to have ordinary people do extraordinary things.
- How to engage everyone in the organization to believe in the vision.
- How to meet the challenges that we face with courage and determination.
- How to create a family, career, and life that matters.
Joe teaches us how to:
- Clear your mind of negative energy.
- Live the kind of life you desire.
- Accept the belief that your dreams will become reality.
How we respond to life is a matter of choice. Joe made the decision many years ago that all of his dreams were still possible because he chose to believe.
At the age of 20, Joe was injured in a tragic accident that left him paralyzed from the neck down. As a result, Joe’s life changed to one of fear and uncertainty about his future; however, with courage and determination Joe has achieved the near impossible.
Joe received his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Texas while at the same time volunteering to raise money and awareness for paralysis research.
After graduating from college Joe served as the President of the Arlington, TX Junior Chamber of Commerce and led his chapter from #77 in the state to #1 and grew their membership from 10 to over 200.Joe went on to be recognized as one of the top chapter presidents in the nation and received the prestigious Charles Kulp Jr. Memorial Award.
In 1990, Joe purchased a start up freight logistics franchise in Houston, TX which has grown to a multi-franchise, multi-million dollar enterprise with operations in 6 states. His company has received numerous production and sales awards including the Chairman’s Award for outstanding achievement.
Joe’s story is featured in the New York Times best seller “Success: Built to Last” and he is referred to as enduringly successful.
Today, Joe is a business owner, public speaker, civic leader, husband, and father to two beautiful children. Joe has spirit, courage, and determination and will not let circumstances limit his life.
