NV, USJimmy Dague is the Broker-Owner of Century 21 Aadvantage Gold in Las Vegas, Nevada. For the last four consecutive years, his office has held the title of, “#1 Office in the World” for Century 21.
Jimmy is a well-respected real estate professional, who for over 30 years has worked and trained with some of the best! Jimmy has personally brokered: multi-family apartments, undeveloped land, 1031 Exchanges, syndications, residential, and previously owned a property management firm for ten years. As a Broker-Owner, he has helped Aadvantage Gold grow from 40 agents in 1995 to over 700 agents. The company currently has 5 locations in and around the Las Vegas Valley and Mesquite.
Jimmy has a passion for making sure those around him are doing all they can to reach their full potential. He is a teacher and motivational speaker, who has trained literally thousands of licensees on everything from Business Planning to Basic Selling Skills. He not only teaches and coaches for his own company – but he also teaches at the College of Southern Nevada and the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® (GLVAR). As a faculty member of the GLVAR for more than 10 years he has taught almost every class offered by that body including ABR electives. He is a past Dean of Faculty and has been voted twice by the students as GLVAR's Instructor of the Year (2001 & 2005).
On a more personal note, Jimmy is also a martial artists, who is a 6th degree black belt in the art of Tang Soo Do. Jimmy is a father of three and grandfather to three beautiful grandkids. He currently lives in the Las Vegas area with is fiancée, Iris Imperial.
