Jeff is the author of four business books, the host of two podcast shows, and back when they were ranked, the voice behind one of the Top Business Blogs in the World. He recently expanded a lifelong passion for running into a video education brand to inspire runners of any age or skill.


He was a Fortune 100 Sales and Marketing Executive for the first decade of his career. Then he founded a landscape services company in suburban Chicago that was twice named Small Business of the Year during his two decades of ownership.


On a personal level, despite life experiences that include marathons, triathlons, cliff-diving, and meditating in the deserts of India, Jeff considers himself to be completely normal. He lives in Chicago, IL and Naples, FL.
