A professional risk manager who has written risk management 'how to' books
Risk confronts us daily. With over twenty-five years experience insurance and risk management in the private and public sectors I have a thorough knowledge of the intricacies of commercial insurance. More important, though, is knowing the role insurace plays as one component of a sound risk management strategy. From my experience on non-profit boards I recognize that risk management can benefit corporations, their clients, workers and volunteers. I am a Fellow, Chartered Insurance Professional with the Insurance Institute of Canada and a Risk Fellow in the Global Risk Management Institute. My training sessions encourage attendees to identify and implement appropriate techniques that they can use right away.
