Barry is a vocalist, strength coach and educator. He is a speaker, educator, trainer, facilitator, mentor coach, cartoonist, singer, dancer, writer, vlogger, blogger, boxer, archer and creator with a core focus around exploring, identifying, practicing, celebrating and mastering strengths of character and building upon them to move the needle on "Humans, together, strong".
That is why Barry is The Unity Guy™. 40+ years in leadership training and development... 30+ years in business education and coaching.... 20,000+ contact hours in speaking, training and facilitating... and over 2000 clients coached. And still a student. Studentry over mastery is his mantra.
Barry has spoken to audiences as large as 4,000 with Premiers and Governors for opening ceremonies. He has been engaged at the national level as a Board member with the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers. He has stood in front of over 200,000 people of all ages and backgrounds and captured and held their attention, by being himself at his best. Then, as a Master Facilitator with the Virtues Project™ and a Facilitator with Personality Dimension®, he is an expert on exploring character and temperament. With all of this, he has lead countless projects and teams in the classroom and in the private, public and not-for profit sectors.

He did so at the 2013 Global Speaker Summit and the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS) Convention in Toronto in 2014.
