Decision Advancement - Building a foundation for better present and future choices

Randy Park's Decision Advancement is about building a foundation for better decisions. At no time in history have we needed better thinking and decision making, yet the pressure is on for faster decisions. Randy helps audiences with What to do, How to do it, and Why it is important. He addresses the People, Process, and Perspectives aspects of better decisions using a unique multimedia model and leading edge tools and approaches to making decisions. Through simple yet powerful exercises, examples, and stories, Randy helps his audiences think about thinking - and improve their decision making, problem solving, future vision, creative thinking, strategic planning, and interpersonal communications. He even has a glowing crystal ball!

Randy Park holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics and a Master's in Engineering Physics. While working in technology and design Randy observed that almost everyone has moments when they don't think very well. After studying and presenting on how people act, interact, and communicate, Randy realized that many problems arise when we don't understand our thinking processes and our own thinking strengths and traps.

Randy is a Professional level member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS) and the International Federation for Professional Speakers. A business owner for over sixteen years, he has presented to thousands of people across the globe. Randy is the author of the book Thinking for Results - Success Strategies and the recently released book The Prediction Trap - and how to avoid it.

Randy is a frequent media commentator. His presentations are interactive and entertaining. View Randy's video to see what we mean!

“A lot of people were talking about your session for days afterwards. We use your language in our everyday discussions now. My colleagues just incorporate it into what they are saying and thinking. We will be discussing something and then, up pops the word 'filter.' That kind of impact on your day-to-day vocabulary, thinking, and communications is pretty dramatic.”

Sheena August, Provincial Education Coordinator, Saskatchewan Housing Corporation

“As an association of members who share industry problems it was valuable to address some real-time issues. I heard many good remarks on the value of the tools you demonstrated, and the extra link on your site (for CCMA members) was full of more good information.”

Stephanie Reid, Membership Services Coordinator, Canadian Courier and Messenger Association

“We have regularly been hearing the word 'filters' in conversations in and about the office. Your talk has definitely opened up the minds of many and has had a lasting effect.”

Mel Bahrey, Sales Associate, Willer Engineering Ltd.

"Randy Park has been our keynote and guest speaker on several occasions. His presentations have always been inspiring, informative and very worthwhile. During his most recent session with our group, Randy's presentation covering our "Energy Predicament" was not only thoroughly enjoyable, but also very thought provoking. Two-thumbs-up for Randy Park."
