Cindy provides Keynotes, training programs and strategic planning retreats. She is a Coach, Author, Adventure-Based Facilitator, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Educator, and A Critical Incident Stress Debriefer with Specialization in Compasion Fatigue, Corporate Crisis Intervention for Workplace Violence, Mass Disasters, as well as Domestic Terrorism and Weapons of Mass Destruction.
Cindy is involved in The International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, the National Speakers Association, and was Past President of the National Speakers Association of Central Florida. She volunteers time as the Clinical Director of the St. Lucie County Critical Incident Stress Management Team.
Cindy is passionate about life. When she is off work, she lives life to the fullest by whitewater rafting, rock climbing, skydiving, or section hiking the Appalachian Trail.
