When it comes to the world of public speaking, there are two credentials that really matter: the Certified Speaking Professional designation from the International Speakers Federation, and the Distinguished Toastmaster designation from Toastmasters International. Not only does Jerry Conrad hold both of these distinctions, but in 1995, he became the first person on the planet to do so.

Add to this unusual set of qualifications a client list that includes the FBI, the top law enforcement officers from seven counties and three continents, Domino's Pizza, Spectrum Health, PaineWebber, and Ford Motor Company and you will begin to have an idea of what type of public speaker Jerry Conrad is.

In addition, Jerry is also the former president of the National Speaker Association of Michigan, and the CEO and founder of SG Maverick, Inc. He has made nearly one thousand professional speeches and has carefully studied hundreds of other professional speakers.

But Jerry Conrad hasn't always been this successful. He graduated from high school in the bottom twenty percent of his class. And at age 27 his toxic lifestyle leads him to a painful week in a hospital bed. At this point, decided to drastically rethink his attitude. This started him along the path leading to the success.

Jerry credits his experience as a US Army Sergeant in charge of a special weapons squad as the catalyst for his enduring self-discipline.

Today, Jerry shares communication and team cohesion expertise to others. He is also a published author, the recipient of three college degrees, and the proud father of two sons.
