He is the Financial Comptroller of a 1,000-member church in Portsmouth, Virginia and a devoted father and husband.
In 2004, Tracy developed a non-profit; Urban Awareness USA, a full-time Urban community consultant services. The company provides motivational training materials, workshops, and personal/professional development programs aimed at individuals, companies, and organizations.

As in the Old Testament, Pharaoh kept the Israelites in bondage. Today, the modern day Pharaoh system keeps those who lack understanding of the economic system in bondage. I believe the black church must free our people from (today’s) Pharaoh".
