Linda C. Walker is a true communicator. She has always been one to connect with others. She started her career in communications as an operator at ‘The Telephone Company’. Through various positions over the years, she grew with the telecommunications industry to become a Trainer, System Designer and Project Manager.
As a Project Manager, she had the opportunity to plan, coordinate and manage the installation of enterprise voice telecommunication systems at many organizations including Fortune 100 companies such as Wells Fargo, Chevron, Hewlett-Packard, Bank of America, and AT&T. She later became a Telecommunications Manager for a major networking company with over 15,000 employees worldwide.
Eventually Linda left the corporate world to become a consultant and established LCW Communications. On her first assignment at Norma Hollis Companies (formerly Speakers Etcetera), she became a part of the professional speaking industry. While at the Norma Hollis Companies she became a true entrepreneur, learning the speaking industry while developing her presentation skills.
Continuing to enjoy technology, Linda uses another communication media, the Internet, to help businesses grow. She knows the value of staying in touch with clients on a continuous basis and that using the Internet and teleconferences are the most cost effective ways to do that.
Today, Linda is a Communications Consultant, Trainer and Professional Speaker. She uses the telecommunications network to help others carry their messages forward via the Internet, teleconferences and through the spoken word.
Linda’s mission is to build relationships with entrepreneurs and show them how they can grow their businesses with the technology of eCommunications.
