I've been attending conferences like this for years. There's often presenters who say the same things. However, your presentation was probably the best I've heard. This audience needed to hear what you said. National needs to hear what you said. Very relevant and so important.

I absolutely loved Liz's presentations and thankfully when I got home my son was not having a party (You have to hear her presentation on Organizational Values to appreciate this **Wink**)!!! She engaged the audience in both her keynote and break-out sessions. Loved her content. Loved her presentation style.

You have a gift for communicating leadership concepts clearly, and in ways that a manager-at whatever stage of his/her development- can understand and apply.
