Mike provided a new way to look at respect. A new way to hold myself and others accountable for when I am falling short of being respectful or witness someone else being disrespectful.

Informative! Mike provided suggestions on what to say, rather than just telling you what not to do. I also liked the fact that he made a touchy topic not so touchy - more open to discussion. When I got back to the office, I was the recipient of some good feedback from a coworker because you moved her.

Your presentation was informative and meaningful, and genuinely resonated with our students. We've received really positive feedback and numerous students have come in to thank us for bringing you here. I've heard from known survivors and they shared that the message was difficult, but they are so thankful that consent was emphasized. I've also heard from our female students who have noticed significant changes in their boyfriend's behavior and attributed it to the presentation.

Mike is unique in his ability able to explore sensitive topics with any group to include senior leadership, helping all build a better understanding of what is needed to create a positive, diverse and balanced work force.

I must admit that I had my own questions and concerns about what Mike Domitrz might say at his "Can I Kiss You?" program and how it would all be received at a Catholic university. He struck a perfect balance between comical edginess and honest conversation about critical topics of our day (and for millennia!). With great respect and insight, Mike handled the realities of human sexuality and aspects of relationships from their beginning to advanced phases. Through great examples from his own life as well as the student experience, I believe students deepened their understanding of the beauty and great gift of who they are as human beings, created in God's image. College, for sure, is the time for clear and informative conversations regarding the diversity of experiences of human sexuality, the importance of developing fundamental interpersonal communication skills that support relationships of respect and integrity, and to make sure the message is memorable and affirming. I loved the way he handled "what the Church (or the Bible) teaches" with such an accurate and broader view, larger than the cultural stereotypes of "No, that is for marriage only!" I am grateful Mike provided such a positive presentation that explained consent and did more: set the foundation for loving relationships.

"Hosting the Date Safe Project for a student assembly and a parent evening event were foundational to our community wide efforts to having conversations about sexual assault, affirmative consent, and bystander intervention within the context of our Catholic identity. Can there be a more difficult audience than 500 plus college freshman required to attend a lecture on sexual assault? That's exactly what Mike Domitrz faced when he visited Berry College on September 6, 2004 . . . It took Mike very little time, however, to get the entire, jaded audience on his side. Five minutes into his presentation, students were falling over each other, vying for the chance to come to the front of the room and interact with Mike in front of their peers. . . .

Impactful! I will be more careful with my words to assure I am always allowing for choice when I speak to my staff. I hope they will bring you back again in the future. I believe your message is essential for more and more people in every line of business, and at home.
