Christians are called to "go to the nations". Short-term mission trips are an efficient way to accomplish this. Allow me to share my 30+ years' experience serving in Ukraine and Central America. Learn about the blessings and the challenges of short-term mission trips, and how to begin the journey.

I’m a leadership coach, missions strategist, and organizational health consultant who loves helping churches, missionaries, and faith‑driven leaders grow with clarity, courage, and purpose. Over the years, I’ve walked alongside global workers and ministry teams, listening to their stories and witnessing both the beauty and the burden of cross‑cultural work. Those experiences shaped a deep conviction in me: healthy leaders build healthy teams, and healthy teams change the world.

Through My Missions Journey, I guide pastors, nonprofits, and mission organizations through seasons of transition, strategic planning, and renewed vision.

My experience includes leading over 50 teams to Transcarpathia Ukraine, with multiple purposes - evangelical, medical, educational and humanitarian. In Guatemala and Honduras I have spoken at and led multiple conferences for pastors. church and community leaders. Topics I speak on include evangelism, communication, leadership, community involvement, Biblical authority, finances, stewardship to name a few.

Whether I’m coaching one‑on‑one, facilitating workshops, or helping teams design sustainable missions strategies, I bring a calm, relational presence and a strategic mindset. I love blending story, reflection, and practical frameworks to help leaders move forward with integrity, humility, and hope.

My work is rooted in the belief that every leader carries a God‑written story worth stewarding well — and that clarity in calling leads to courage in action.
