Andy knows leadership and the best practices to develop the “leadership soft skills” - executive presence, holding hard conversations, balancing empathy with accountability, etc. He’s both a passionate communicator about these things and a practitioner himself. Dr. Andy is in the trenches leading his own team, and is very transparent that he is on the same journey we are all on. He and his team have been instrumental in elevating the executive presence of our entire leadership team through their coaching, feedback and training.
