Chellie serves as District Director for Toastmasters District 117, mentoring and developing thousands of members across Eastern North Carolina. She earned her Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) designation, Toastmasters International’s highest educational achievement, and is currently pursuing her second.


Professionally, Chellie is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Professional Life and Leadership Coach. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from North Carolina State University. Chellie combines evidence-based coaching strategies with empathy and lived experience to support individual and organizational transformation.
