Transformative, inspiring and engaging talks showing leaders how embodied intelligence expands their capacity to navigate complexity, unlock talent, and lead themselves and their teams more effectively.

Liz Doyle Harmer is an embodied leadership coach, speaker, and research practitioner who helps leaders unlock human potential by developing embodied intelligence.

In her engaging and research-based talks, Liz shares why leadership that operates only “above the neck” is increasingly insufficient in today’s complex and fast-changing world. Drawing on emerging research and practical leadership experience, she explores how leaders at the cutting edge are leveraging embodied intelligence to navigate challenge and change, build psychologically safe teams, and generate innovation in uncertainty.

Liz has coached hundreds of leaders to lead more effectively, supporting them in areas such as burnout, conflict management, communication, influence, career progression, and building trust. Her work focuses on expanding leaders’ internal capacity so they can respond to pressure and complexity with greater clarity, resilience, and effectiveness.

In addition to her coaching practice, Liz has facilitated leadership development sessions across a range of industries including quick service, insurance, financial services, and pharmaceutical organizations.

Liz holds an MBA and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS).
