As Training Program Manager for the State of Oklahoma, Randy leads a statewide training division delivering 750+ trainings annually to more than 15,000 professionals. His expertise includes strategic planning, instructional design, learning management systems, diversity and inclusion, and operational leadership.


Previously, Randy served as a Training Pipeline Manager for the U.S. Air Force, overseeing technical training for 19 Air Force specialties and guiding development for 56 courses impacting over 3,000 students each year. He empowered teams across seven states, taught 2,500+ college‑credited instructional hours, and developed more than 1,200 pages of validated curriculum supporting critical national missions.
