" I want to encourage you to talk at depth to one of my great friends, an important thought leader, an original, a maverick, an innovator, a creative superstar, who's a doctor of all kinds of doctoring. He is a doctor named Dr. Fred Moss. He is beyond brilliant, beyond well-connected. He doesn't think out of the box because he was never in the box. Some people call him the UnDoctor doctor. But in addition to being a healer, he's a business thought leader, communicator, networker, innovator, and a guy who goes from seminar to seminar. And I'm one of the, you know me best as world's bestselling author or creator of, or co-creator of Chicken Soup of the Soul and the Ask Book series and the One Minute Millionaire Book series and a lot more and sold over 500 million books. So I know creativity when I see it, and I know innovation when I hear it. And at my 397 employees. So I have some feeling for this, you know, and each of us has a feeling for something different. And obviously I have a feeling for innovation because we kept re innovating and getting what's called the S curve in business to go up. Well, that's the kind of individual that Fred Moss is. And I encourage you to give him your time and just meet with him, at least on a phone or better yet on a Zoom. And best of all, if you can physically synchronize in time and space with him, and you're going to thank him in your prayers for that meeting, because your business, your life, your enterprise, your network, or your charity becomes infinitely better off because he'll help you be all you can be, do all you can do, and have all you can have in the instantaneity of time and have fun, pleasure, and joy doing it."

Hi, I'm Sam Morris. I'm the creator of Zen Warrior Training, and I'm the Co-Founder and CEO of E9 Global. I've had the privilege and honor of being very close to Dr. Fred Moss for a number of years. And when I first met him, I was struck by his clarity and his insights into the mental health crisis that exists inside of this country, in this era that we're living in. And how as opposed to diagnosing someone with a dysfunction, he always seeks to understand the root cause of why individuals feel abnormal, feel disconnected, feel depressed, feel anxious; to really dive deep into who they truly are underneath the layers of self-perception that they've adopted, and to really bring that out inside of them naturally and holistically. And he has a really profound combination of intellect and an open heart. And he always speaks with wisdom and grace and a deep, deep understanding and compassion and empathy. And as a speaker, he holds that type of energy, that type of clarity to really communicate to his audience that. There is so much beyond the things that we label and diagnose that we can help to reveal inside of human beings to understand the root cause of human suffering. And he articulates these issues in a very powerful, very concrete, and very down-to-earth manner. So if you were someone who is looking to potentially hire Fred to speak at your event, I could not recommend him highly enough.

Dr Fred is one of the most authentically fresh voices in his field today. His love for people 1:1 and really for all of humanity, shines through in our conversations and his message has probably never been more timely. He is a man who is constantly learning, growing and reinventing, while being able to draw from over 4 decades of experience in service to his patients, clients, business partners and friends. As a speaker, I have seen him move people in 1:1 zoom meetings as well as large conference settings. His ability to connect with his audience, to be curious, to be empathetic, to be knowledgeable, to be bold, elevates his words from information on paper to poignant and potentially life changing narrative for his audience. He is a speaker who can do the most powerful thing a speaker can do, and that is to shift the perspective of his audience as we all look to find meaning in our existence.

He brought what he wanted to share with us but it was more than I ever expected. And Dr Fred, I got to tell you, a incredible incredible knowledgeable and caring human being. I was excited to have him on the show. I'm excited to have him on my other shows. I am thrilled that he took the time to be on my show and what an incredible conversation we had. If you get a chance, go to coaching call. Check it out. What an incredible show. I am still still thrilled and excited about the conversation we had. When I think of Dr. Fred Moss through the lens that I think of any other effective or incredible speaker from around the around the world, I think of them in three categories: Essentially, I think of do they have the ability to enroll the room, to deliver on the promise of what it is that they're discussing? Do they provide a tremendous amount of value? Are they value oriented? Do they provide a significant amount of value? And number three, do they leave people drooling for more? The drooling is a really important part. And when I think of Dr. Fred Moss, the UnDoctor, when I think of him, and not only just him, about his mission of unmedicated, undiagnosis and indoctrinating people around the world from their mental health; from a negative or ineffective mental health diagnosis, I can't think of anybody who hits all three marks exponentially well. As well as he does. He is one of the most incredible speakers and communicators I have ever experienced in my life. And the reason why I'm sharing this with you is because it's not really whether or not he should be involved in your organization. That's an obvious. I think the big question is "what you would be missing out if he were not a part of this community to propel you all into the next evolution of your organization". But you don't have to worry about that because, of course, now's the time to make a powerful observation. Choose Dr. Fred and invite him into the next evolution of your speaker's bureau. I could not think of an individual. I would rather endorse more than Dr. Fred Moss.

"Recommending, giving testimonials, not necessarily my strong suit. There's always confusion. Possible in my brain that says, “Oh, was it because of this program or was it because of that program?” You know, it wasn't just one thing ever. And sometimes I can say that this mastermind, this one thing has moved the needle further, faster on me finding my voice and expressing my voice in the world. I absolutely trust that everything that I need is here. And that says a lot for me 'cause it ain't my first rodeo. This mastermind process, which is a unique experience. And I've been in other masterminds. The one point that I want to highlight is the magic around always having the right people in the room when we go into a breakout room, always having an interesting conversation, an idea, and support. What would your life be like if you always knew the right person was going to show up in the breakout room to help move you forward? Welcome to the Magic of the True Voice Podcasting Mastermind. It transformed how I view magic and how I view podcasting as fun. There's a saying that when you go into the jungle, always take a dive, a compass, a cell phone, all of these tools cannot help you anticipate what might be under your foot on your next step. Dr. Fred can do that. So if you're coming into the podcasting world and you're looking for a guide, don't look any further than Dr. Fred. Have a have a talk, have a call. Get to know him. It's a jungle out there. Get a good guy."

I've learned a tremendous amount, had a tremendous amount of joy and enjoyment, and pleasure working with the participants, listening to Dr Fred speak to us, listening to the people he brings in, and interacting with everyone to get at my authentic voice. So it's been great and I highly recommend it. I would recommend Dr Fred as a mentor to somebody who wanted to learn how to be an effective podcaster. Now I'm not an expert podcaster. I'm literally just learning. I'm getting my feet wet in this, but I have done a lot of presentations, I do a lot of public speaking, and I really feel like Dr Fred has something to offer in all those fronts, and in the particulars of podcasting as a medium for expressing your voice. It's not the same as other things. There are distinctions and details that are different and distinct, although much of it I am finding can be applied to any medium through which you're trying to give an authentic voice to what you have to say. So I would definitely recommend him as a mentor and if you're interested in that, you get Dr Fred to agree, you should do it.

DAVE FOSTER PRACTICE

Dr. Fred Moss is a rare treasure. His brilliance and creativity are complimented by his eloquence with words and captivating use of metaphor and analogy. His courage in challenging the current medical establishment is justified by the remarkable clinical results he achieves. I consider Dr. Moss a true innovator in the development of a new health care paradigm that facilitates healing and creates optimal health physically, mentally, socially and spiritually. Dr. Moss does this by uncovering the essence of his patients and coaching clients and searching for the root causes of their dis-eases, dysfunctions, and impaired ability to achieve desired outcomes. This deeper understanding enables him to empower his patients and coaching clients with the insights, awareness, and tools that accelerate self-healing and the creation of a life they love. Although he does not turn his back on our current disease management system (which is ironically called health care), he does challenge the algorithms that lead primarily to medication or medical procedure choices that, even when essential and life saving, do not usually cure or prevent compromised health, and often lead only to costly chronic management of impaired health.

“Fred Moss is a GENIUS. It’s not every day that you meet a man who knows how to host a space that allows others to feel open and safe enough to discover themselves and express anything! The magic with Fred is not just in his audacity, nor how powerfully charismatic he is, but that we can really feel how committed he is to helping others discover their authenticity. He stops at no end to to accomplish this mission to help others, HE’S RELENTLESS – talk about over delivery! Fred, I can think of no better man to guide others to their true voice. You are the sailor in the storm, with an eye on the lighthouse at all times. Stay true my friend, love you buddy!"

After writing a best-selling memoir & appearing on over 100 podcasts I came to the conclusion that I have a voice to be heard & ideas waiting to be shared. At a networking event somebody suggested that I read Dr. Fred’s Book Find Your True Voice. As an accomplished psychiatrist, Dr. Fred goes deeply into the psychology of finding your personal truth & communicating it. In my opinion the sentence 'Always operate as your authentic self' is the foundation for the entire book. I believe that if you remove the focus on podcasting this book could be re-published under the title How to Live Your Best Life. Having embraced that self fully, I am now much more effective when interacting with others, but more importantly, I am now living the best part of my life in a state of mind I call ‘The Lightness of Being’. Dr. Fred’s writing confirmed that I am on the right track rather than living in a self-created wishful phantasy bubble. The 100 pages of this book are a treasure trove of advice for would-be podcasters as well as all thinking & caring members of the human race.
