I am pleased to write this reference letter on behalf of Rosann Santos, who recently spoke with our organization on the topic of imposter syndrome during our ERG spotlight event. Rosann’s professionalism, expertise, and ability to connect with a diverse and large audience made a significant and lasting impact on our entire team. Rosann delivered her presentation in a manner that was not only highly informative but also engaging and accessible to employees at every level of our company. She demonstrated a talent for breaking down complex concepts, ensuring that her message resonated equally with all attendees. In preparation for the event, Rosann was exceptionally thorough and accommodating. She made herself available on several occasions prior to the presentation, taking the time to address my questions and ensure that both the content and event logistics aligned with our expectations. Her responsiveness and flexibility made the entire process smooth and worry-free. Throughout our collaboration, Rosann proved to be a pleasure to work with—always attentive to our needs, receptive to feedback, and dedicated to providing the highest quality experience for our organization. We received a great deal of positive feedback from attendees; many of whom noted how much they appreciated her insights and approachable style. Based on my experience, I recommend Rosann Santos wholeheartedly for any organization seeking an impactful, professional speaker who can engage and inspire audiences on important topics such as imposter syndrome. I am honored to recommend Rosann Santos. I had the opportunity to learn from her during the People Leadership Academy at PepsiCo Headquarters, where she facilitated an engaging and impactful session. Rosann’s class elevated my understanding of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, helping me immediately apply her insights to strengthen my leadership and influence within my team. Her practical approach and dynamic facilitation style inspired me to continue growing as a transformative leader. Additionally, I gained valuable facilitation techniques from Rosann that I’ve since integrated into my own sessions. Enhancing both my delivery and my team’s learning experience. Rosann exemplifies what it means to be a great leader and facilitator: she empowers others to grow, lead, and make an impact well beyond the classroom.
