Holly Kostrzewski is an international keynote speaker who has inspired more than one million people across the U.S., Canada, and New Zealand. Her signature talk, The Junk Drawer: Stop Hiding the Hard and Start Turning Life’s Clutter into Courage, Connection, and Resilience, empowers audiences to transform adversity into strength and unlock the power of authentic storytelling.
A survivor of a traumatic brain injury and the daughter of a paraplegic, Holly brings a rare blend of lived experience, humor, and hope to every stage. She spent 22 years in public service specializing in Tribal, state, and federal traffic safety and injury prevention—earning national recognition for her leadership in rural and Tribal communities.
Beyond the stage, Holly co-hosts the Mic Drop Club Twin Cities and serves as a Mic Drop Workforce guide, equipping women and professionals to find their voice and share their story. She is also an avid hiker, board member of the Superior Hiking Trail Association, and a proud traveler to all 50 states. Holly lives in Duluth, Minnesota, with her husband Rob, and is available for virtual, domestic, and international keynotes.
