Elizabeth Dulin
I am passionate about raising up leaders that leave legacies of influence. As a Navy officer, I recognized that every few years the people would change. I learned to intentionally invest in my replacements to sustain the culture of my Squadron. I care deeply about the next generation of youth, young adults and leaders.
Adopted from China, Elizabeth Dulin took the opportunity given to her and has lived a life of service. She grew in Longmont, Colorado playing a sport every season and exploring the mountains with her family. Soccer dominated Elizabeth's childhood but as time went on, she and her mother would spend weekends of senior year hunting. If she wasn't at sports practice or in the mountains, Elizabeth was at church, serving and building community.
In 2018, Elizabeth graduated from the United States Naval Academy. Although she grew up in Colorado, Elizabeth did not start playing ice hockey until her freshman year of college. Upon commissioning, she completed Navy Flight School to become a P-8A Poseidon Naval Flight Officer. Her first command was Patrol Squadron TWO SIX, where she learned the tactics and leadership required of her position.
In the air, Elizabeth was responsible for 9 person teams through many high-stress mission sets in various countries around the world. On the ground, Elizabeth managed the qualification and training standards for the Naval Flight Officers in her squadron. She was also hand selected to be the Officer In Charge overseas, responsible for multiple specialized aircraft and over 50 personnel. Her effective communication and leadership skills led to her selection as Naval Flight Officer of the Year for 2023.
Outside of her Navy career, Elizabeth dedicated her time to the church youth group and young athletes. Her passion to see the next generation grow is her true calling. Elizabeth aims to use sports as an avenue to spread the love of Jesus Christ. She is able to do so through a non-profit organization called All Nations Soccer. Through All Nations, Elizabeth has started and continues to coach a middle school soccer academy for underprivileged youth. She also plays in the women's league in order to be an example to those around her. Her aim is to invest in the youth early, then grow them into the women's league where they are able to continue hearing about God and deepening their faith.
As Elizabeth looks to transition out of the Navy, she is looking to utilize the many experiences she has been blessed with in order to help others find their full potential.
