Jordyn has experience working with individuals and organizations from a variety of industries, nationally and internationally. As an external consultant with The Bader Group, she provided customized leadership and organizational development including assessment, interventions, strategic planning, team building, executive coaching and group coaching. As an internal consultant for Borrego Health, she designed and facilitated workshops and led Executive Team retreats to enhance the functioning of teams, departments, clinics and the organization as a whole, as well as providing coaching, conflict resolution and consultation for leadership and employees. She was a feedback coach and facilitator at the Center for Creative Leadership for 8 years. Jordyn additionally has a combined12 years of experience providing mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups at Borrego Health, Catholic Charities and students at the University of San Diego Counseling Center, as well as offering behavior modification coaching for children on the autism spectrum.

Jordyn holds a Dual Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational and Clinical Psychology and a Masters of Science in Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University. Her dissertation research explored the impact of factors such as organizational support, family support, coping styles, and gender on work-family balance. Jordyn holds a bachelors degree in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley. She has a passion for travel and working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. She is bilingual and provides services in Spanish.
