Robert Van Arlen is a speaker, trainer, coach, and corporate engagement guru who is transforming the growth of organizations worldwide. Robert was born in Honolulu and grew up in Kansas City, MO. He moved first to San Francisco and later to Toronto to reengineer divisions of Commerce Clearing House (CCH), global publishers of business and tax law information. In 2000, along with the Pleinbridge Consulting Group, Robert received the 2000 Worldwide Organizational Development Project Award. He is also a certified facilitator for Developing High-Performance Organizations (DHPO).

Robert was a featured guest on the TV show, "Business Channel on Tour," which was broadcast on the RTL network in the Netherlands. In August 2013, he and Stedman Graham were co-keynote speakers for the Arizona Society of Human Resource Management (AZSHRM) conference. During his speech on how to build Inspirational Communities, Robert played four of his original piano compositions.
