Adrian has been training or facilitating programs since 2010. His expertise is
in customer service, change management, DISC, management essentials, and
situational leadership.
He has authored the three books: Beneath the Surface of Customer Service, Twice as Good In Half the Time, and Mind Shift, Small Perspective Changes Yeilding Big Results.

Previous professional roles include global learning consultant for Nissan/
Infiniti, where he aligned their learning and development teams so that all
regions place the same importance on the same competencies for their
leaders worldwide. Prior to working on the global stage, Adrian was a
leadership facilitator for Nissan Americas, providing training to all areas of
the business. Most recently, he served as the senior manager of learning and
development for Bridgestone Americas. His primary role there was to work
with the top 350 leaders and create leadership journeys, providing the skills to
get them to the next leadership level.
Adrian has a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture and Design from
University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is certified in DISC three times over and
Korn Ferry 360 coaching. His native language is US English.
He enjoys traveling, playing golf, playing with his three kids, and studying
motivation and metaphysical literature in his spare time.
He lives by the thought that if you can think it them you can achieve it.
