Kathie Gwilliam
Confidence grows when comparison fades. Contentment starts where comparison ends. This author, podcaster, and storyteller shares tools to transform comparative thoughts and actions for a better life.
Comparison quietly undermines confidence, contentment, innovation, and cooperation–but it doesn’t have to. Kathie helps individuals understand the detrimental impact of comparison in personal, family, and professional spheres, and equip them with actionable tools to intentionally replace comparative thoughts and behaviors. With her SOAR formula, individuals can cultivate healthy habits that amplify joy, contentment, confidence, and success, while fostering stronger relationships.
